  • Have a valid Permanent Voter Card (PVC) or be in the process of obtaining one

  • Participate in movement activities in a peaceful and constructive manner
  • Respect the rights and opinions of fellow members
  • Not engage in any form of hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
  • Protect your account credentials and not share them with others

4. Use of Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include:

  • Impersonating any person or entity
  • Uploading false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other members' accounts
  • Using the Platform for commercial solicitation without authorization
  • Interfering with the proper functioning of the Platform

5. Content and Communications

By posting content or communications on the Platform, you grant City Boy Movement Abia State a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content for movement-related purposes. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time for violations of these Terms or for conduct that we determine to be harmful to the movement or other members. You may also terminate your membership by contacting us.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

City Boy Movement Abia State shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify members of significant changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Abia State.
