*Subject:* Leadership Changes, New Appointments, and Immediate Handover Directive


After a careful review of our structure and ongoing activities across the state, the following changes and appointments take immediate effect. These decisions are aimed at strengthening coordination, deepening grassroots engagement, and positioning the Movement for greater impact.

*1. Leadership Replacements (Immediate Effect)*

* *Isuikwuato LGA:*
  Joseph Odomuke replaces Okechukwu Henry Okorie as LGA Coordinator.

* *Strategy & Planning Unit:*
  Nathanial Majesty Idam Elekwa replaces Daphne Osakwe.

* *Obingwa LGA:*
  Hon. Lazarus Enyinnaya Nwamaghinna replaces Sunday Hanson Amaechi as LGA Coordinator.

* *Ugwunagbo LGA:*
  Esiaba Chinkereze replaces Erica Godwin Ezenwoke as LGA Coordinator.

All outgoing office holders are hereby directed to carry out a proper and immediate handover of all responsibilities, materials, and relevant documents to the newly appointed individuals. This process must be seamless and done in the best interest of the Movement.


*2. New Strategic Appointments*

To further strengthen zonal coordination and engagement:

* *Orji Chikezirim Monday*
  *Contact & Mobilization Lead, Abia South Zone*

* *Chief Azu Victor*
  *Contact & Mobilization Lead, Abia Central Zone*


*3. Special Strategic Office Creation*

Recognizing the growing role of youth culture, lifestyle, and entertainment in shaping engagement:

* *Hon. Eke Janson C.* *(CEO, Indiana Lounge – A.K.A Asiwaju of Nightlife)*
  *Head, Creative Economy, Tourism & Entertainment*

This office will drive engagement through entertainment, tourism, and youth-focused initiatives across the state.


*4. Additional Zonal Appointments (Abia South Zone)*

To reinforce structure and improve operational efficiency in Abia South, the following appointments are hereby confirmed:

* *Ikedinachi Charles Isikaku*
  *Lead, Grassroots Engagement & Field Operations (Abia South Zone)*
  He will oversee ward-level coordination, field activities, and community-based mobilization efforts across the zone.

* *Hon. Eze Foy Walton*
  *Lead, Stakeholder Relations & Special Projects (Abia South Zone)*
  He will manage key relationships, strategic engagements, and special assignments critical to the Movement’s growth and influence.

This is about strengthening the system and ensuring we are better organized, more effective, and closer to the people. Every appointee is expected to justify this confidence through dedication, discipline, and results.
